Failed taps and toilets, supply pipework, sanitation and the day-to-day faults that take a kitchen or bathroom out of use.
Trip-outs, failed fittings, consumer-unit issues and making a circuit safe until a fuller repair can be scheduled.
No heat, boiler lockouts, radiator faults and the call-outs that cannot wait until Monday in an occupied let.
Tenant lockouts, failed cylinders, damaged door furniture and securing a property after a break-in or lost keys.
Burst supplies, overflowing tanks, water through ceilings — isolate, make safe and limit further damage.
Internal blockages, slow wastes and the backups that take a property out of use until they are cleared.
Tile and slate repairs, leaks through the roof covering, and making a property weather-tight after storm damage.
