The process
Report it. We send an engineer. Your problem’s fixed.
Three steps for you. A disciplined desk behind them — so the job does not disappear into a message thread.
-
Report it and pay the call-out
Use the job form or email hello@npr.services. Include who you are, the property, access notes, the urgency (emergency, same-day or scheduled) and what failed. The £99 call-out is paid before the engineer sets out.
-
We triage and dispatch
We qualify the issue and whether anyone is on site, then match the right trade and brief them with what you already told us. You should not have to repeat the story at the door.
-
Attendance, extras quoted, evidence back
The engineer attends, makes safe and completes what can be done on that visit. Further labour, parts or a return visit are quoted before they start. You receive photographs and a written report, then the invoice, then we close the file.
On our desk
What happens after you instruct us
The customer-facing process is three steps. Internally every job is received, triaged, assigned, attended, evidenced, invoiced and followed up — so nothing lingers half-done.
-
Receive
Your job lands on one desk, by form or email. Never a shared inbox that goes quiet at night.
-
Triage
We check what failed, who is affected, how urgent it is and how to get in.
-
Assign
The right engineer is matched and briefed with the address, access and your notes.
-
Attend
They make the property safe and fix it on the visit wherever they can.
-
Evidence
Photos and a written report come back to you, so you always know what was done.
-
Invoice and follow-up
Agreed extras go on the invoice and we check it stayed fixed.
When something fails, report it once.
Pay the £99 call-out before the visit. We send an engineer and get it fixed, with photos and a report when it’s done.
