Landlords, letting agents and managers

One line for every property you manage.

A consistent way to raise work, brief a trade and file what happened — across landlords, lets and blocks. Built to sit beside the way you already run a portfolio.

A single process

Every instruction follows the same steps, whether it is one let or a hundred. Your team learns the desk once.

Evidence you can file

Photographs and a visit report come back with the job. Useful when a landlord asks, a tenant disputes, or an insurer wants the file.

Less chasing

The point of a response line is that your staff are not assembling trades at 7pm, or chasing a no-show the next morning.

Clear commercial terms

A published £99 call-out, paid before attendance. Further work quoted before it proceeds. No monthly cover plan required.

Working together

Made to sit next to your agency.

Tenants raise an issue with you; you approve and instruct us. Or your team logs the job directly. Nothing starts on a landlord’s property without the instruction you give us.

You do not need a customer login to raise work. A self-serve landlord or agent portal is not part of this site. If you later want named account contacts, spend limits or batched invoicing, that is a conversation we will have in the open — not a feature we will advertise before it exists.

  • Landlords who self-manage a small portfolio
  • Letting agents instructing across many landlords
  • Property managers looking after blocks and mixed stock
  1. You instruct

Form or email. Tell us who you are, the property and the urgency.

  2. We run the job

Triage, assign, attend, photograph, invoice, close.

  3. You file the record

The report comes back to the person who raised it.

When something fails, report it once.

Pay the £99 call-out before the visit. We send an engineer and get it fixed, with photos and a report when it’s done.
