Who we are
This website is operated for National Property Response Ltd, a company in formation (Your Company Formations order 6230014). It is not yet showing as incorporated at Companies House. Contact: hello@npr.services.
What the job form collects
When you report a job we ask for your role (landlord, letting agent or property manager), name, optional company name, email, phone, property address and postcode, urgency, issue category, a description, and how you prefer to be contacted. We also ask you to confirm we may use those details to handle the job.
How it is sent
The form is set up to open a pre-filled email from your own email app to hello@npr.services. If that happens, the message is sent by you, through your email provider. If you email us directly, the same applies.
What we use it for
We use the information to triage the job, contact you, dispatch a trade and keep a record of the work. We will not add you to a marketing list from this form.
Privacy & cookies
This site does not use non-essential cookies yet. There is no analytics, advertising or live-chat tracker. A cookie banner is not shown, and one will only be added if analytics or chat that needs consent is introduced. Accessibility choices (text size and high contrast) are stored in your browser with localStorage and stay on your device — they are not sent to us.
